Mrs. Field has been working in the fields of real estate, commercial and business litigation and probate for the past 22 years. She spent almost 12 years working for Best Best & Krieger in the Public Law Department before moving on to Guralnick & Gilliland and then to Roemer Harnik & Nethery. She joined Nethery & Ofseyer in January 2008.

Mrs. Field was born and raised in Southern California. She and her husband, Richard, have three children, eight grandchildren and make their home in La Quinta.
